Association “Flora & Fauna” is a Non-governmental and Non-profit Organization, Founded in November 23, 2006 in Georgia, in city Batumi.

Abbreviation: F&F

Aim: Conservation, restoration and reasonable management of biological diversity. 

Directions:

  •  Research  and monitoring of biodiversity (species (populations) and habitats);
  •  Participate to renewal of red list and drawing up a of red book;
  • Development of protected areas;
  • Development of sustainable nature use;
  • Translocation (reintroduction, introduction and restocking);
  • ex-situ conservation;
  • Support of adaptation and mitigation measures of climate change;
  • Increasing of the society environmental awareness and inclusion in the decision-making process;
  • Support of scientific- research activities;
  • Improvement of environmental regulation and control.
